I/We, the undersigned, (hereinafter referred to as member) assume all risk and/or hazards associated with my/our involvement in any and all meetings, metal detecting events, barbecues and/or any other club activities, with regard to the Boise Basin Search and Recovery Club, a metal detecting organization.
Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all Club Officers, members, Sponsors, heirs and assigns, etc.
Member realizes that metal detecting, as well as associated activities can be dangerous. The terrain can be hazardous, and there may be wild or domestic animals and snakes present. Some locations may have open shafts, pits and tunnels, water hazards, steep and irregular landscape . or other dangers that may not be anticipated.
